Week 2

Oh, how the times have changed in only one short week. I thought knitting a sweater would be the best escapade during these busy busy school weeks. But I misjudged my abilities to stay awake. For this reason, I had to make a change to my free inquiry. I needed to explore something that would stimulate me enough that it would not also be REM time, but that was not going to overload my already out of this work schedule. During our first week of classes in our sharing circle I had heard of a few classmates trying their hands at baking. I am about to jump of the baking bandwagon. In specific, looking to make the best muffins possible! So, to the start of a new free inquiry topic- the best muffins EVER. Here we go.
