Week 3
Today was my first attempt at trying one of the many world’s best muffin recipes. This week’s flavor was… Morning Glory!
This is what you are going to need:
I would say I mostly followed the baking instructions, except for keeping the mixing of dry and wet ingredients separate. I put everything in one big bowl and gave it a go! I know this is not the proper mixing technique but it has not failed me yet so I will stick to it. Oh, and I used pumpkin seeds instead of walnuts. Just as good, if not better.
Overall, pretty much hit the ball out of the park on my first go around with these healthy, yet delicious bunch. Nothing but compliments from family and friends and a whole lot of excitement for the next batch. For next week’s adventure though, I would like to have an earlier start time, so they don’t bake too far in to the night!
